Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TerranPage, a multi-tenant team paging service provided by Space Terran LLC (“SpaceTerran”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accepting an invite, using the read-only demo, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use TerranPage on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Public self-serve signup may be gated; until it opens, access may be invite-only or limited to the public demo.

The service

TerranPage lets organizations route alerts through on-call schedules and escalation chains, manage contact methods, and page teammates. Email paging and email-to-alert ingest are available where configured. SMS delivery may be unavailable until we explicitly enable it.

The public demo organization is read-only: exploring seeded data is allowed; creating alerts, changing settings, or sending pages from the demo is blocked.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for credentials issued to you and for activity under your account. Keep contact methods accurate and revoke access when teammates leave.

Each organization is isolated. Organization administrators may invite members, manage roles, and request closure of the organization. You may delete your own account from Profile (web) or Settings (iOS), subject to sole-organization-admin transfer rules described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use TerranPage only for legitimate paging for your organization. Do not attempt to probe, scrape, or abuse other organizations’ data; forge delivery outcomes; bypass access controls or rate limits; or use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Do not circumvent per-organization send limits, prepaid or tier gates, or a suspension we apply. Inflating message volume to exhaust shared capacity or harass recipients is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

Send caps, metering, and billing

Accepted sends are metered per organization. Free-tier and paid-tier allowances are enforced at send time. We may suspend an organization that breaches caps or these Terms.

Usage events and monthly statements may be generated for an organization. Automated payment-card collection is available in the product console for Pro subscribe and prepaid wallet top-ups. Card details are handled by our payment processor; TerranPage stores payment-method references and billing records, not full card numbers.

Availability and changes

TerranPage is provided as a developing multi-tenant service. We aim for continuous availability but do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA. Features may change; material public-surface changes will be reflected in product materials and these Terms’ effective date.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service, other customers, or messaging capacity. Account-wide spend controls remain a last-resort backstop behind per-organization limits.

Disclaimers

TerranPage is a workplace tool, not a substitute for emergency services (911 / local emergency numbers). Do not rely on it as the sole channel for life-threatening emergencies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Delivery of any individual page depends on upstream messaging providers and recipient configuration.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACETERRAN’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR TERRANPAGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM — OR, IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. These caps do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy and data processing

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using TerranPage you also acknowledge that policy. Questions about providers used to run the service may be submitted by contacting us about privacy under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

When you use TerranPage so that SpaceTerran processes personal data on behalf of your organization, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request — contact us about legal requests. When executed (including by countersignature), that DPA forms part of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using TerranPage and delete your account or close your organization as supported by the product. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, non-payment (when collection is active), legal risk, or to protect the service.

On organization closure, organization-scoped personal and service data are erased per the product’s closure behavior; limited de-identified billing and security records may be retained. Surviving sections (liability, disclaimers, governing law) continue after termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
