About TerranPage
TerranPage is on-call paging for teams that need a clear human response when something goes wrong — schedules, escalation, acknowledge, and a full event log.
Mission
When an alert needs a person, the page has to land with the right on-call, keep escalating until someone answers, and leave a record of what happened. TerranPage exists to make that path reliable and plain — not to replace your monitoring, and not to bury the page in noise.
We build for teams that treat paging as a life-safety-adjacent responsibility: every send should be attributable, every unanswered chain should be visible, and every claim on this site should match what ships today.
The product
TerranPage is the product name for that paging service: multi-tenant organizations, team rotations and overrides, per-person escalation chains, ingest from API / Alertmanager / email / manual page, acknowledge from the delivered link, and an append-only event log per alert.
Delivery today is verified email, SMS on the Pro plan, plus the web console and iOS app (with push once you enable notifications there).
SpaceTerran
TerranPage is a product of SpaceTerran. SpaceTerran is the parent and provider behind the service — the entity that operates TerranPage, holds the trust documents, and stands behind the isolation and retention practices described on Security & Trust.
Product-facing surfaces say TerranPage. Contracting, privacy, and processor terms refer to SpaceTerran as the provider. That split is intentional: a clear product brand for buyers, a clear provider for legal and operational accountability.
