TerranPage works the chain.
The on-call rotation says who's up. The escalation chain pages them first, then the next step, and the next — on delays you define, up to 10 steps across 24 hours — until someone acknowledges.
A human takes it.
One tap on the acknowledge link — no sign-in needed — tells everyone it's handled and stops the escalation. The event log keeps the whole story: who was paged, when, and who answered.
