Can't sign in?

  • Invited by your org? Sign in with the email address the invite was sent to — membership is matched on it.
  • Public signup is not open yet; the landing page shows current availability. Invited teammates and existing accounts are unaffected.
  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Responses never reveal whether an address is registered.

Frequently asked questions

What is TerranPage?
An on-call paging service. Alerts from your monitoring, your systems' email, or a teammate route through your team's on-call schedule and escalation chain until a human acknowledges — from the web console or the iOS app.
Can I sign up right now?
Public self-serve signup is not open yet — it's rolling out. If your organization already uses TerranPage, an org admin can invite you today, and you sign in with the email the invite was sent to.
How do I try it without an account?
Use the read-only demo from the landing page ("Try the live demo (read-only)"). It drops you into a seeded organization where you can browse open alerts, follow their event logs, and inspect schedules and escalation chains. Nothing in the demo sends a page or changes a record.
I was invited but can't sign in.
Sign in with the exact email address the invite was sent to — membership is matched on it. If you've forgotten your password, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page; responses never reveal whether an address is registered.
How do alerts get into TerranPage?
Four ways: a REST API call with a team-bound key; a native Prometheus Alertmanager webhook; a private email address per API key (mail that passes industry-standard authentication checks from your verified senders becomes an alert); or a manual page started from the web console or iOS app. Curl samples and webhook shape live on /integrations.
How does escalation work?
When an alert is raised, TerranPage finds the team's on-call person and starts the escalation chain — step one immediately, later steps on the delays you set, up to 10 steps across 24 hours — until someone acknowledges. If no step answers, the chain exhausts visibly as an explicit event in the log; an unanswered page is never a silent drop.
How do I acknowledge a page?
Tap the acknowledge link inside the page you were sent — no sign-in needed. That tells everyone it's handled and stops the escalation. You can also acknowledge or close from the alert screen on web or iOS.
How are pages delivered?
By verified email, by SMS or voice call on the Pro plan, and by push to the iOS app once notifications are enabled there. Every send gets a delivery receipt in the event log, and email keeps delivering as the fallback.
Does the iOS app do everything?
The app is for viewing alerts, acknowledging and closing, starting a page, and deleting your account. On-call schedule editing lives in the web console. Turn on notifications in the app to get pages as push; email keeps delivering either way.
How do API keys work?
Create personal or team-bound keys in the app. Keys are create-only — a key can raise a page to the one team it's bound to, and can't read, acknowledge, or reach any other team. You see a key's secret once, at creation.
Can I send alerts by email?
Yes. Each API key gets a private ingest address. Mail sent to that address from a verified, allow-listed sender that passes industry-standard authentication checks becomes an alert on the bound team; anything else is rejected and recorded in that key's ingest audit.
Who can see my phone number or email?
Contact details are owner-only — teammates see your name in a chain, never your contact info. Every contact method is verified with a short-lived code before it can be paged.
How is my organization's data separated from others?
Each organization is a hard boundary — teams, alerts, contact methods, and keys are scoped to your org and access-checked on every request. A request that tries to reach another organization's data is denied without revealing whether the target exists. Full posture is on the Security & Trust page.
What does it cost?
A small base fee plus the notifications you actually send, metered per accepted send and itemized on a monthly statement you can read in-app. Pro subscribe and wallet top-ups are available in the product console; Free email paging needs no card. Every org has a daily send allowance that stops runaway loops instead of silently billing you.
How do I delete my account or close my organization?
Delete your account from Profile (web) or Settings (iOS) — it removes your memberships and personal data. An org admin can close an entire organization, which erases its operational and contact data.
Can I add two-factor sign-in to my account?
Yes — turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app from Profile → Security. Once it's on, signing in asks for a 6-digit code from your app in addition to your password. An org admin can also require it for every member; if yours does, you'll be prompted to set it up the next time you sign in.
How do I report a security issue?
Use the contact form at /contact?interest=security for security questions and vulnerability reports, or /contact?interest=privacy for privacy questions. See the Security & Trust page for our disclosure posture.
